I made this for breakfast this morning and they were sooo yummy. My DH even had 3.
Course: Breakfast POINTS: Value: 4 Servings: 2 Preparation Time: 8 min Cooking Time: 8 min Level of Difficulty: Easy Ingredients • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1 Tbsp McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener • 1/2 cup 2% reduced fat milk • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters • 3 slices Oscar Mayer Honey Ham, • 1/3 cup Weight Watcher Mexican Four Cheese Instructions In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Stir until well-mixed. Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and cook until browned on both sides, flipping once. Repeat with remaining batter. I tried these this morning, they were delicious. The only change I made was to top each with a teaspoon of Sour Cream. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
