Default Western Egg Omelette - Zip n' Steam

I made this, this morning for DH and I. He doesn't usually like microwaved eggs, so I didn't tell him. He said "this is really good". He had his wrapped in a tortilla, I ate mine without. We had taco's last night so I add left over veggies, but anything would work.
I came up with 4 points, but if that is not correct, please feel free to let me know!

I used one Zip n' Steam Bag
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters (2 pt)
1 Tablespoon chopped peppers
1 Tablespoon chopped onions
1 Tablespoon chopped tomatoes
2-3 dashes hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon salsa
1 FF cheese slice torn into pieces ( 1 pt)
1 canadian bacon cut up ( 1 pt)

I lightly sprayed the bag with a little buttered flavored Pam. Lightly mixed the ingredients in a small bowl and then added them to the bag. Layed it out flat, as directed and microwaved it for 2 1/2 minutes. Let it rest for nearly a minute and slid it out onto a place. I have done the Ziploc in the boiling water eggs and this was much better and took a whole lot less time!

Thanks for the wonderful idea. But I only use a 1/4 of a cup and it's 1pt. But I was told at my meeting that if I wanted to I could go up to 1/2 and it would still be 1pt.So it would only be 3 pts. Thanks again for the idea, I'm off to try it right now!!!
