I was preparing my favorite breakfast this morning and thought I would share. I love french toast but never have time to make it on the weekdays so I make this on the weekend and freeze for during the week. I work full time and have an infant and toddler so this works great for me. I hope you enjoy it too!
12 pieces light bread 1 1/2 cups egg substitute cinnamon to taste I cook the french toast, let it cool and wrap it in aluminum foil in groups of 3 pieces. I can microwave it directly from the freezer for two minutes add sugar free syrup and enjoy. I use Cary's sugar free syrup which tastes pretty good. The three pieces of french toast and 1/4 cup of syrup = 3pts. |

Yup! The light bread is a little smaller than regular bread. Also, I just coat each side quickly I don't let it soak or the break will fall apart.
