This is the exact recipe I have. You can make your own prune puree by eliminating the one in the recipe along with the eater.

Mix: 3 oz. dried pitted prunes
1/2 cup hot water

Mix in mini food processor or blender

My variations:

Oatmeal Raisen Choc Chip

omit the nuts and apricots and add 2/3 c mini choc chips.

Frut and Nut:

1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. diced dried fruite (prepackaged mixture or apricots or dried cranberries

Mocha Flavor:

try adding coffed to prunes instead of water
