I like to do the same thing with canadian bacon, eggbeaters, minced onion. I microwave it in a bowl; and eat it either on one point bread for 2 slices, or in a 0 point tortilla (a breakfast burrito!, and CORE!).

where are these zero point tortillas? I use them so much and mine are like 2pts? Also, I though eggs whites were 1 points... and I wrong? Cause I will boil eggs and I don't like the yoke so I never eat it, but I thought that it was 1 point?

Zero point tortillas are the La Tortilla Factory small ones. They are 50 calories, .5g fat and 7g Fiber (zero points).
Egg Whites are zero for 1, but 1pt for 3. I would count 2 as .5 points. They are essentially 15-20 calories each, no fat, no fiber. Jim |

I bought some LaTortilla Factory low carb/high fiber tortillas which are 50 cal, 2g fat, 7g fiber each. That's 0 points!
![]() However, if you want 2, multiply the calories and fat by 2 (fiber stays capped at 4), then they a 2 points for 2 tortillas. 3 points for 3 tortillas, etc. I try to limit myself to one each day so I can count it as zero points. http://www.latortillafactory.com Looks like you can order them online or use the website to search where they are sold at a store near you. Thanks for the ideas. I am a little bored with breakfast but hate adding too many points to make it interesting.

french toast is a good low point breakfast and very good.
2 egg whites with cinnamon beat with mixer until mixed well. I put a tbsp of skim milk in there too 2 pieces of light bread. I usually have some turkey bacon with mine. 1 pt for the french toast and depending on what type or brand of turkey bacon you have some are 1 pt per slice and some are 1 pt for 2 slices. BTW: I thought 2 small egg whites were 0pts. If I am wrong then the breakfast is 1.5 points. either way it is good and filling |

Re: My favorite 2-3 point breakfast
Mmmm, I love egg sammies for breakfast!
This morning I had mine with 2 pieces of WW bread, both sprayed with butter spray, and I put the whole fried egg on it, yolk and all. When I got to work, I put several cut up grape tomatoes on it and man on man, what a nummy sammy! ![]() -Nancy

I just made these today for dinner:
2 slices natural ovens glorious cinnamon bread with raisins ( 2 ) 2 lg egg whites ( 0.5 ) butter spray ( 0 ) sugar free syrup ( 1) for 1/4 cup cinnamon pam Beat the egg whites until almost stiff add about 1/2 teaspoon or so cinnamon and beat a little longer (should be nice and frothy ). Heat a nonstick pan with pam,dip bread slices in egg whites and fry in hot pan until brown on both sides. Spray with butter spray and pour syrup around for dipping.. Real good ! for only 2 1/2 points. I hope I'm counting the egg whites right ,I don't want to stear any one wrong.. Last edited by chicagochick8; 10-03-2008 at 11:15 PM. Reason: had to add something |
