Great and Filling 5 point Breakfast!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When I have time to make this, it is terrific. It always holds me through until lunch without a snack in between. Breakfast Burritos Small dice 1/4 cup each of: mushroom, tomato, green pepper, and onion (all 0 pts) Saute in a pan with a light spray of Pam. Add 1/2 cup egg substitute (only 1 pt!) and scramble. After scrambled, place 1/2 of mixture into a 2 fat free soft tortilla (2 points...1 pt. per tortilla). Top each with 2 tbsp. of light Mexican cheese (4 tbsp. total--2 points) and 1 tbsp. of salsa each. (0 points) Delicous and Nutricious!!!!!!!!!!!!
