French Toast / Richard Simmon’s Diet Book
I haven’t tried this yet but I thought it was a wonderful idea. I got it from the Richard Simmon's diet book... Use a fat-free egg substitute ( 1/4 cup for 1 point) and low-fat, high fiber bread (1 point per slice) for making French Toast... I never would have thought of that. The syrup will add the following though and you could use your butter spray...

Syrup - low-calorie 1 point per 2 tablespoons
Syrup - regular, any type: 1 point per tablespoon
