Default One Point Pancakes

Posted by Cmer

One Point Pancakes
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-c. whole wheat flour 4
1-c. rolled oats 4
2 tsp. baked powder -
1/2 tsp. baking soda -
approx. 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
(I use the powdered buttermilk w skim milk) 5
4 egg whites or egg beaters 2

Mix all together add the buttermilk a little at a time. I only had to use 1 c. then I use an ice cream scooper that holds a little less than 1/4 cup to measure out. Pour on sprayed skillet. I also use sugar free maple syrup. These are really good and filling too. The whole recipe is 15 points 19 points if you use regular white flour.

I calculate the entire recipe as 18 points, using 1 1/4 cups buttermilk and egg beaters (using Master Cook and the Points Calculator on the WW site).
