2 tablespoons Butter Buds® -- prepared
4 each fat-free saltine crackers -- crushed fine
1/2 cup grits
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce -- if desired
1 clove garlic clove -- pressed
1/2 cup ham, minced -- sandwich meat ground in processor
1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute -- one full carton
3 each egg whites

Preheat oven to 400

Spray souffle dish with cooking spray

sprinkle crushed saltines in bottom of dish

cook grits combined with water. salt ,parmesan ,pepper and tabasco in microwave 8-9 minutes on 50% heat to thicken

add ham, garlic, egg beaters and prepared butter buds while grits are still hot

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into grit mixture

pour into dish and bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes until top is lightly browned

serve hot and drizzled with butter immediately
