variation on the 1 pt (2pts for me) Bran Muffins -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know they are 1 pt, but I get 12 decent size muffins out of that recipe, so I can't even imagine how tiny 24 must be.. I have tried making them all different ways (Blueberry; Cranberry Orange w/ Rasberry) and today found the best one yet! I got 14 BIG (for this recipe ) muffins. I use a 12 muffin tin, it filled it up to the rim w/ batter before cooking. 1 box of the FF Krustean Apple Muffin Mix 1/2 cup of pumpkin 3 cups of Fiber one (I didn't have all bran, since fiber one has more fiber, I usually buy this) 2 1/2 cups water 2 splenda packets (not sure if necessary, but since I added pumpkin, figured it couldn't hurt) pumpkin pie spice I was a little worried about the fiber one, since it is a 'thicker' consitency then all bran, but it worked just splendid! I added the pumpkin to try to stretch it! NI: Calories: 140.17 Fat: .39 Fiber: 8.08 = 2 points in eTools. they are so yummy... and a great size!!
