Cinnamon Craisin Bread

DW loves this bread! She slices it thin and has it toasted with cottage cheese smeared on top and a sprinkle of Splenda.


Cinnamon Craisin Bread


1 cup water
½ cup ff egg substitute
1 Tbl reduced-calorie margarine
3 Tbl sugar
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup dry milk powder
1 Tbl ground cinnamon
2¼ tsp yeast
¾ cup craisins

Directions
Place all ingredients except the craisins into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Start the machine, using the light crust setting. Add the craisins toward the end of the mix cycle.

Makes 15 slices
2 points per slice
