OMG!! Great Post..I love this question..

I would have to say... If I could cast any actor to play ME, it would be MINNIE DRIVER

?SEE ANY RESEMBLANCE? LOL.. Yeah Right..I wish
I heard her sing in The Phantom of the Opera and Beautiful and I loved loved her in Good Will Hunting and Ella Enchanted was cute too. LOL

MY Movie would have to be a Musical Comedy. I love to sing, dance and I have such a great sense of humor, so I would have to apply those 3 elements to MY movie.

My movie actress would be Meryl Streep.............because she can play ANYBODY and do it well.

The movie would be a singing/dancing movie.......with a little drama thrown in just for the heck of it.

My movie would be a tense action thriller (because my life is SO far from thrilling!). I would cast Elizabeth Mitchell to play me. She's the woman who plays Juliet on LOST and is on the new show V. I love her! And I look oh so much like her...yea.

Frances McDormond.

Or maybe Swoozie Kurtz.

Or Holly Hunter.

Anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.

I would co-star with either Goerge Clooney or Johnny Depp. It would be a steamy romance.

Karen Valentine or Sally Field. I would go for the romantic comedy. Fun question.

This is FUN!

Dee - YES I see a resemblance! Don't you sell yourself short, girl!! Remember... SHE has a team of beauty specialists to get her that spiffy! And you're right there with her without a team! And I ADORE Minnie Driver in Good Will Hunting... one of the best movies ever made! I LOVE her in that scene where Will shows her the - is it cigarette burn scars? - on his chest. She is so REAL in that scene! Great choice! You've obviously thought of this before!

I am stealing a few of your good ideas here.... Drew Barrymore, Frances McDormand, Meryl Streep... I'll steal all three and each can play a stage of my life! Ohhhhhhh it would definitely be an intense with some heavy here and there (who doesn't love a good cry?!) but lots of great , too. Throw in a steamy sex scene for good measure... ... and there woud be a Johnny Depp (circa Chocolat) for the early years while she's finding her way and there would be a young Robert Redford (circa Butch Cassidy) for when she settles down to have gorgeous children. It would be about a highly-sensitive, somewhat spinny, infinitely neurotic, loveable-but moody woman who is half afraid of her own shadow and half a bull in a china shop. Confused yet? She would spend her whole life questioning everyone and everything and driving those around her completely insane. By the end she would find the elusive keys to balance and inner peace and learn, FINALLY, to relax.

I'm ready for my closeup...

Well, I would love someone young, tall and glamorous, but being that I am old, and short, and well, not so glamorous, I guess it would be Sally Fields. I've been told several times that I look like her.

If I had to pick someone to play my DH, it would be the guy from Seinfeld, the bald one, even though my DH isn't bald. What is that guy's name? The one who also appeared in Brad Paisley's Everythings Cooler Online video? Jason somebody?

Anyway, he and my honey are about the same size and have sense of humor.

Happy Mama~~As usual, what a fun path for you to lead us down.

As among my passions are laughing and making people laugh, I would like to be played by a long time ago gal who was on the "Grand Ole Opry" when I was growing up. Her name was Minnie Pearl. She was from Grinder's Switch and portrayed a country bumpkin who had the ability to make audiences laugh with her "being real." She was dressed to the nines, so she thought; yet, she wore a dress type straw hat, from which the price tag dangled, and was such a fun-loving type of person who was blessed with the ability to leave her audience with an up-beat feel-good emotion.

In a completely different scenario, I would like to be played by a Grace Kelly type~~cool, reserved, dignified, elegant and drop-dead gorgeous. Guess I can dream, can't I !!!

Kay H.

For reality: Meryl Streep. She is what I call a chameleon, she can change looks by changing body language, make up, voice, etc.
Movie. Action. I have not (yet) sky dived, so that would be in there too. But I have ridden motorcycles, learned to fly, hunted, traveled, know a few languages, etc. My dh would be portrayed by Robert DeNiro in an evil persona.

This is fun.
For fluff: A ditzy blonde, short, petite (I am none of these). Probably a musical (I am totally tone deaf, but hey I am imagining here).
This is a fun thread!
