Is there anyone out there that follows WW but also does low carb? I'm just curious what kind of things you eat if you follow this.

I tend to eat lower carb as a general, but I would never say I'm a low-carber or won't eat carb heavy foods.
Anyway, for breakfast I usually have an egg white omelette with veggies low fat cheese and/or turkey bacon. Lunch is almost always soup or salad, depending on the weather. Dinner is usually a protein and a veggie or soup or something like stew/chili. If I eat pasta it's whole wheat, bread is high fiber, etc. For snacks I like nuts, seeds, cheese, or veggies w/hummus. |
