Is there a special formula for that too? Or do I still need to use my slider counter? For example I play squash 2-3 times per week at 45 minutes each time and it's a pretty vigorous activity so was wondering about the points for that, among other things.

Exercise in Edibles uses the same custom units that you setup in your formula.
If you're like me and you are using WW points then you can simply use the WW Excersize tables (Google is your friend) http://www.starling-fitness.com/arch...ight-watchers/ Sometimes I workout on exercise machines @ the YMCA in those cases I read the Calories burned from the display. For me the conversion ratio I use for Calories burned to WW points is to divide the Calories burned by 100. For example 350 Calories on the exercise bike = 3.5 points. That conversion works for my age/BMI/Weight but you might need to figure out a different conversion for yourself by checking against the lookup table that I linked above. |

Thanks. I'll give it a try. I might just have to make it a habit to wear my WW step counter lol
