Sometimes when we consider our food issues we need to think less about our weight, and more about our health. If we take care of our health, the weight loss will follow. Please take care of yourself.

you're right. i feel like I need to erase what I've done and undo the damage. I wake up to resolve that I'll do ok but then I feel fat and horrible and then I find comfort in food. where do I begin?

Take it one step at a time. They say it takes several tries on a consistent basis to make something a habit. Develop one habit at a time. Start by drinking more water every day, eating 4-5 fruits and veggies every day, parking further in the parking lot, taking stairs when you normally would take an elevator, eating a portion size of the snack foods that you like, not buying specific foods that are normally on your grocery list that are not healthy so you are not tempted (for me it is cheez its )...

Try buying some gum. Make yourself have gum before you eat during that binge moment. That sometimes works for me!

Make sure you drink a huge glass of water before you eat. This will help a little bit.

This is a little off topic but something valuable I learned at another website for people with ed's. You need to look at the emotions behind the eating and other behaviors (like purging). You may need to get someone to help you deal with those before you can tackle the weight loss.

For me, I have been working with someone and it has really helped. I still have a ways to go but feel like I can tackle the weight loss in a more healty way now.

The ideas above are good ones, I'm not trying to discount them. Just saying you may need a bit more help.
