I made this for breakfast this morning and they were sooo yummy. My DH even had 3.:thumbsup

Ingredients
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
• 1/2 cup 2% reduced fat milk
• 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
• 3 slices Oscar Mayer Honey Ham,
• 1/3 cup Weight Watcher Mexican Four Cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Stir until well-mixed.
Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and cook until browned on both sides, flipping once. Repeat with remaining batter.
Place 2 crepes on each serving plate and top cheese & ham.
