This stuff is GREAT:thumbsup. The full name on the box is Kashi GoLean Hearty All Natural Instant Hot Cereal with Clusters (now that's a mouthful;)). One package has 150 calories, 2 grams of fat, 5 grams of fiber, and 8 grams of protein. I made it and added in 4 oz of Dannon light & fit yogurt, that has 45 calories, 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein. 3 points for the cereal, 1 point for the yogurt. This will keep me satisfied for HOURS.:waycool4: And, it tastes good too!:yipee:
