I've always wanted to create my own recipe, so this weekend I did...I'll post the recipe here and what I did. I'll post calories too (based on nutrition labels), but point wise I don't know how to do that since I'm not on WW.

1 1/3 C. Flour
1/2 C. Quick Oats
1 C. Splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 C. Egg Beaters
1 C. Canned Pumpkin (not pie mix)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees (I used this temp because I'm using Splenda instead of sugar and my oven is kind of hot). In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, splenda, cinnamon, baking soda, and nutmeg. Add applesauce, pumpkin, Egg Beaters, and pumpkin. Stir well until just combined--mixture will look thick! Pour into a bread pan sprayed with Pam and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center.
