1 slice Oscar Mayer Canadian Bacon 0pts for 1
1 slice 2% milk slice cheese 1 pt.
1 egg 2 pt
Beat egg in a large coffee mug or a bowl the same size as the muffin. Microwave until done. My microwave takes 45 seconds. Meanwhile toast muffin. Place the cheese on egg to begin melting while you heat the canadian bacon wrapped in a paper towel in microwave for 10 seconds or until heated. Assemble sandwhich and enjoy your fastfood breaskfast made home.
You can us eaggbeaters for less points and there are lower point english muffins out there but my only has them half of the time.
