BASIC 1PT MUFFIN WITH VARIATIONS

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 10pts
1/4 cup oats 1pt
1/4 c splenda
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 t salt
scant 1/4 cup fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
some water

mix all ingreedents in a bowl with a fork
slowly add bits of water until soft dough is formed

bake in pammed muffin pan
makes 12 miffins 1pt each

63 calories
.42 fat
2 fiber

next time i am going to try adding shredded zucchini to bulk them up even more without adding any points

i have also thought about adding shredded carrots and pumpkin pie or carrot cake spices

you could add chopped apple or some bananna too,just be sure to count the points!
