Applesauce-Oatmeal Cranberry Muffins

Applesauce-Oatmeal Cranberry Muffins
4.5 oz uncooked oats
¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup 1% milk
3 packets Splenda
¼ cup Eggbeaters
¼ cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold together. Spray muffin tins with a mist of olive oil or line with paper liners. Fill 12 wells ¾ full and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are done.
Serves 12 @ 1 Point per serving.
