1 pound lean ground pork
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder(up to 1/2 teaspoon)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Dash ground cloves
Cooking spray
1. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl; stir well. Shape into 6 (3/4-inch thick)patties. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 7 minutes on each side or until browned and done. Yield: 6 servings.
