One Hour Whole Wheat Buttermilk Rolls

Ingredients

2 Packages yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoons nonfat margarine -- melted
1 1/2 cups buttermilk -- warm
3 tablespoons sugar
4 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Soak yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, sugar & margarine. Sift dry ingredients together and beat all together. Let stand for 10 minutes. Knead slightly and shape into rolls & place on baking sheet. Let rise 30 min. & bake at 400 15-20 minutes, til lightly browned.
