Breakfast 'Pie' *EASY*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is from a WW class long ago in a galaxy far, far away...
1 slice reduced calorie bread, toasted
1/4 cup ricotta cheese, part skim OR fat-free
1/2 cup blueberries
Splenda, Equal or whatever
Cinnamon
Spread ricotta on toast, top with fruit, sprinkle with sweetner and a small sprinkle of cinnamon.
Taste like a dessert! AND can count for a milk serving!
Listed above would work out to 3 points if part skim is used. But if you chose fat-free you could use more and divide it on two pieces of toast. Pineapple or strawberry works well with this also. I like to 'smush' the blueberries onto the ricotta so they don't roll off, LOL.
