Pumpkin Pancakes

1 c canned Pumpkin
1 c flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp cinnamon or allspice
1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
3 Egg whites
1 1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c water if needed
Mix all and make as for regular pancakes. Three (3) 4 1/2-5" pancakes equals 2 points. Recipe makes 18.
